Ingredients
45 ml (3 tablespoons) butter
45 ml (3 tablespoons) all-purpose flour
500 ml (2 cups) milk
Rest of cheese fondue
Rest of pasta
Rest of vegetables
Rest of cold cuts, thinly sliced

Preparation
- Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Sprinkle with flour and cook for 30 seconds, stirring.
- Pour in milk and bring to a boil, whisking until thickened. Add remaining cheese fondue and stir until hot.
- For a vegetarian recipe: Add the remaining pasta and vegetables. Stir to combine.
- For a charcuterie-infused recipe. Add the remaining pasta, asparagus and cold cuts. Stir to combine.
