Choco-Pear Ice Cream

When chocolate-pear fondue meets creativity and food waste reduction… you get a delicious, no-fuss ice cream that’s super easy to make! Thanks Kim for this brilliant idea !

  • Ingredients

    • 1 serving of (or a homemade mix of melted chocolate and cooked pears)
    • 3/4 plain Greek yogurt (adjust to desired creaminess)

  • Instructions

    1. Mix the cooled choco-pear fondue with the Greek yogurt until smooth.
    2. Pour the mixture into a Ninja Creami container (or another ice cream maker container).
    3. Freeze for at least 24 hours.
    4. Churn using your Ninja Creami until creamy and smooth.
    5. Serve immediately, or pop it back in the freezer for a firmer texture!

    Tip

    Plain Greek yogurt is naturally creamy and subtly sweet, perfect for an ice cream base without added sugar!
