Fondue Poutine Ashton

What was initially meant to be an April Fool’s joke turned into a collaboration blending two completely different worlds. On one side, there is fondue: that delicious dish meant to be enjoyed slowly. On the other, poutine: the ultimate symbol of Québec’s comforting fast food. When the two come together, the result is a decadent experience where cheese curds, fries and the signature flavours of Ashton meet the warm, social pleasure of fondue.

Every bite becomes a perfect balance between comfort and indulgence, between crispy and melty textures. A bold recipe that proves an unlikely duo can sometimes become an instant local classic.

A festive, unapologetic and 100% Québec-inspired fondue that just might become your new guilty pleasure.
