    • 3 vanilla puddings, 99g each
    • 125ml (1 1/2 cups) sugar
    • 400g (approx. 1lb) 70% dark chocolate, chopped

For the toppings (as desired and to taste):

    • Pitted cherries
    • Peaches
    • Carambola
    • Butter crisp wafers (Jules Destrooper style)

    • Lady's finger cookies
    • Raspberry rolls
  • Preparation

To make this fondue, you must use the corresponding ceramic bowl for your Evolution set. For more details, please consult our FAQ.

    1. In a saucepan, combine the cream with the vanilla puddings and sugar. Heat over low-medium heat, stirring, until the sugar has dissolved.
    2. Add chocolate and heat over low-medium heat, stirring constantly, until melted.
    3. Add coconut and stir.
    4. Pour the required amount of chocolate fondue into the ceramic bowl of the fondue pan. Reserve the rest for fondue.

    A few tips

In this recipe, we'd like to suggest a few more original fruits that will go particularly well with this sweet taste. To be quite honest, the classic strawberries, bananas, grapes and kiwis are just as much at home in this succulent preparation.
