    • 2 cups (400 g) milk chocolate chunks or chips

    • 1/2 cup (125 g) crushed hazelnuts (optional, for a crunchy mix)
    Dipping Ingredients
    • Croissants
    • Belgian waffles (homemade or store-bought)
    • Pretzels
    • Ladyfinger cookies
    • Blueberries
    • Whole and/or crushed hazelnuts
    • Macarons
    • Nectarines
    • Green grapes
    • Mini marshmallows
  • Preparation

To make this fondue, you must use the corresponding ceramic bowl for your Evolution set. See our FAQ for more details.

    1. In a medium pot, bring the cream to a gentle boil.
    2. Reduce the heat to medium-low and add the milk chocolate pieces, stirring constantly until the chocolate has melted.
    3. Stir in the hazelnut spread until the mix is smooth and well blended.
    4. Add the chopped hazelnuts (optional) and stir.
    5. Pour the desired amount of chocolate fondue into the ceramic bowl for double-boil of the fondue set. Reserve the remaining mix.

    A Few Tips

    1. For a thicker fondue, add more chocolate or hazelnut spread. For a lighter fondue, add a splash of hot milk.
    2. Toast the hazelnuts in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for 5 to 7 minutes, or until fragrant and golden brown. Our advice for a decidedly hazelnutty fondue: Use the Fondussimo tongs to dip whole hazelnuts into the mix to create bite-sized morsels coated in melted chocolate.
    3. Create your own summer sundae! Ice cream, hot melted chocolate and crushed hazelnuts = guaranteed deliciousness!
