There’s nothing more indulgent than a chocolate fondue… especially with a touch of raspberry! A simple yet refined recipe, perfect for impressing your guests or simply treating yourself.

  • Ingredients

    Using the ceramic bowl that corresponds to your Evolution set is required for this fondue. For more details, please refer to our FAQ.

    FOR THE CHOCOLATE FONDUE:

    • 750 ml (3 cups) 35% heavy cream
    • 450 g (1 lb) 70% dark chocolate, chopped
    • 250 ml (1 cup) frozen raspberries, thawed

    FOR THE TOPPINGS (OPTIONAL, TO TASTE):

    Mini brownies
    Marshmallows
    Fruits
    Waffle cookiesMini macarons

  • Preparation


    For use with the Evolution Mini,reduce ingredient quantities by about one-third.
    1. In a saucepan, bring the cream to a boil over medium heat. Remove from heat.
    2. Add the chocolate and let it melt. Stir until the mixture is smooth and well combined.
    3. If needed, mash the raspberries before adding them to the mixture.
    4. Transfer the fondue to the ceramic pot of the fondue set and set the temperature to the lowest setting.
    5. Serve the fondue with your choice of dippables.
