Inspired by the decadent flavors of Dubai chocolate, this luxurious White Chocolate & Sweet Pistachio Cream Fondue blends creamy white chocolate with rich pistachio spread for an indulgent dessert perfect for dipping fruits, pastries and sweet treats.

Fondue au chocolat blanc et crème de pistaches sucrée
  • Ingredients


    For preparation with the Evolution 3-in-1, increase ingredient quantities by approximately one third.

    For the fondue

    • 200g (7 oz) high quality white chocolate, chopped
    • ½ cup sweet pistachio cream (pistachio spread or Crema di Pistacchio)
    • ¾ cup heavy cream (adjust for desired consistency)


    Dippings:

    • strawberries
    • pineapple
    • berries
    • bananas
    • crispy Katafi (pan fried in butter)
    • pistachio baklava
    • brownie bites
    • biscotti
    • wafers
    • chopped pistachios
    • coconut macaroons
  • Instructions :

    1. Prep the chocolate: Chop the white chocolate into small pieces to help it melt evenly.
    2. Heat the cream: In a saucepan over medium-low heat, warm the heavy cream until it just starts to simmer (do not boil).
    3. Melt the chocolate: Reduce heat to low, add the chopped white chocolate to the warm cream and stir constantly until melted and smooth.
    4. Add pistachio cream: Stir in the sweet pistachio cream. Mix until fully combined and smooth.
    5. Transfer to Fondussimo ceramic pot to keep warm and fluid. Serve with the suggested toppings or make it your own.
