Fondussimo Gift Card

When you purchase a Gift Card, a unique 16-character alphanumeric code is automatically generated that entitles the recipient to the full value of the card, redeemable directly on our online store. Our gift cards do not have an expiration date.

Send the gift card directly to the chosen recipient via email by checking the "I want to send this product as a gift" box (you can even choose a date on which they will automatically receive it), complete the transaction and email the card yourself, or print it out to give it to them in person!

To use a Fondussimo Gift Card, simply enter its 16-character alphanumeric code in the "Discount code" field on the checkout page. The amount available on the card will automatically be applied to the current order. If the amount available on the card exceeds the value of the order, the remaining amount will stay on the card and will be available to use for a future order.

Terms and Conditions

Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
The use of this gift card is subject to the terms and conditions set out below. By purchasing the card, you acknowledge having read and accepted these conditions.

Activation and Use
The gift card is activated at the time of the transaction. It can be used to make online purchases on Fondussimo.com. In accordance with current Quebec law, there is no expiration date.

Value and currency
Gift cards purchased on Fondussimo.com will be billed in Canadian dollars (CAD).

Balance check

The gift card balance can be checked by clicking on the URL in the confirmation email. If a balance remains on the card after an order, it can only be applied to a future order.

Non-Refundable and Non-Exchangeable
The gift card is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. It cannot be resold or transferred without the express authorization of the issuer.

Loss or theft of the single-use code
In the event of loss or use without consent of the single-use code inscribed on the card, the cardholder must immediately contact the Fondussimo customer experience department (see below). Please note that Fondussimo cannot be held responsible in case of loss or theft of the code.

Responsible Use
The use of the gift card must comply with all applicable laws. The issuer reserves the right to suspend or deactivate the card in the event of fraudulent or abusive use.

Modification of Conditions
The issuer reserves the right to modify these conditions at any time. Amendments will be published on the issuer's website, and continued use of the card constitutes acceptance of the amended conditions.
