Ingredients
When using the Evolution Mini, reduce the amount of ingredients by about one-third.
For the fondue:
- 375 ml (1 1/2 cups) 35% cooking cream
- 10 ml (2 tsp.) teaspoon vanilla extract
- 160 ml (2/3 cup) crunchy peanut butter
- 400 g (approx. 1 lb) milk chocolate, chopped
For the toppings (as desired and to taste):
- Waffles, cut into pieces
- Grain squares
- Brioche bread slices, cut into quarters
- Marshmallows
- Mini croissants, cut in half
- Pancake quarters
- Banana slices
- Gala apple quarters
- Strawberries
- Mango cubes
- Half figs
- Pineapple cubes

Preparation
To make this fondue, you must use the corresponding ceramic bowl for your Evolution set. For more details, please consult our FAQ.
- In a saucepan, combine the cream, vanilla and peanut butter. Bring to the boil, stirring constantly with a wooden spoon.
- Add the chocolate to the pan. Stir until melted and the mixture is smooth and creamy.
- Transfer the mixture to the ceramic bowl of the fondue pan.
