Pasta is always a great way to upcycle leftover broth. But what could be better than a creamy blend of tasty cheese fondue mix like The Reinvented Brie and Swiss Cheese Fondue to sublimate them! All the elements are at hand to create a weekday meal that will leave everyone wanting more! It can even be made from the the Fondussimo cheese fondue of your choice, with only a few adjustments!

  • Ingredients

    45 ml (3 tablespoons) butter

    45 ml (3 tablespoons) all-purpose flour

    500 ml (2 cups) milk

    Rest of cheese fondue

    Rest of pasta

    Rest of vegetables

    Rest of cold cuts, thinly sliced

  • Preparation

    1. Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Sprinkle with flour and cook for 30 seconds, stirring.
    2. Pour in milk and bring to a boil, whisking until thickened. Add remaining cheese fondue and stir until hot.
    3. For a vegetarian recipe: Add the remaining pasta and vegetables. Stir to combine.
    4. For a charcuterie-infused recipe. Add the remaining pasta, asparagus and cold cuts. Stir to combine.
