We’re always so inspired by the creativity of our community! Today, we’re excited to share an ultra-decadent fondue recipe imagined by Pamela Cloutier, a loyal Fondussimo fan. Her S’mores Fondue is simply irresistible: rich melted chocolate, perfectly toasted marshmallows, and a nostalgic touch that brings back memories of campfire nights.

A must-try dessert for a festive, simple, and cozy moment to share!

Fondue S'mores de Pamela
  • Ingredients (6 to 8 servings)

    • 675 g (1½ lbs) milk chocolate (in chips or chopped)
    • ¾ cup (180 ml) 15% cooking cream
    • Large marshmallows Graham crackers or plain shortbread cookies
    • Fruits to serve (raspberries, strawberries, bananas…)
  • Instructions

    1. Heat the cream : In a saucepan, heat the cream over medium heat until it begins to simmer (do not boil).
    2. Melt the chocolate : Remove from heat, add the milk chocolate chips, and whisk until smooth and fully melted.
    3. Pour into the Fondussimo pot : Immediately transfer the melted chocolate into the Fondussimo ceramic bowl.
    4. Toast the marshmallows : Toast the marshmallows with a torch until golden on the outside and soft on the inside.
    5. Assemble : Place the toasted marshmallows directly on top of the melted chocolate. Serve immediately with cookies and fruit.

    Pamela's tips :

    • Dip the marshmallows into the chocolate and sandwich them between two cookies for a delicious homemade S’mores fondue!
    • Fresh raspberries (in season) pair beautifully with this fondue!
    • You can also toast them under the oven broiler for a few minutes, or directly over a campfire.
