Fondue Pralinée
  • Ingredients:

    • 250 ml (1 cup) 35% heavy cream
    • 200 g milk chocolate, chopped
    • 170 g (1 bar) Nestlé Praliné
    • 100 ml liquid caramel
    • 80 ml (1/3 cup) roasted hazelnuts, chopped
    • Pinch of fleur de sel

    Dippers

    • Rolled crêpes, sliced into rounds
    • Belgian waffles, cut into pieces
    • Marshmallows
    • Bananas, sliced
    • Apples, in wedges
    • Pears, in wedges
    • Fresh pinapples, cubed
    • Clementines, in segments
    • Breadsticks
  • Preparation

    • Heat the cream in a saucepan over medium heat until hot.
    • Remove from heat, add the chopped chocolate, and stir until completely melted.
    • Stir in the praline and caramel until well combined.
    • Add the hazelnuts, then the fleur de sel.
    • Transfer to the Fondussimo ceramic fondue insert and keep warm.

    Tips

    • Combine milk and dark chocolate for a richer, more intense flavour.
    • Your favourite fruit will be delicious coated in chocolate — even dried fruits (figs, dates) pair beautifully.
