Our home delivery service allows you to receive our products directly at your door or at a pickup point — it’s safe and convenient.

Delivery rules in Europe
Delivery is available in France, Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, and Germany.
Free delivery on all orders of €99 or more.
A €5 delivery fee applies to orders under €99.

Delivery times
Once your order has been shipped (within 2 business days), it is typically delivered within 3 to 5 business days.

If you are not available at the time of delivery, the carrier will leave a notice at your door.

Please note that during promotional periods, delivery may take longer than expected. Fondussimo is not responsible for any postal delays caused by weather conditions, unusually high shipping volumes, or any other force majeure.
