    BROTH AND DIP PREPARATION

    • Prepare the dip first by combining all the dip’s ingredients except the sesame oil and seasonings to taste, and bring to a boil, then simmer for 3-4 minutes.
    • Remove from heat, add the sesame oil, mix well, season to taste and refrigerate until the sauce is cold.
    • Empty the rest of the bottle of Heinz chili sauce into a large pot, fill it with 2 cups of water, stir well, and then add the liquid to your Fondussimo pot with all the other broth ingredients.
    • Bring to a boil and simmer for 15 minutes.
    • Sift the broth if desired to remove the ginger and garlic pieces and keep warm until ready to serve.

    MEAL FINALIZATION

    • Place the ingredients on serving plates.
    • Pour the broth into the Fondussimo using a pitcher and enjoy.

    A few tips

    • Although pre-sliced chicken for fondue is available in the frozen food section, it is more affordable and tastier to buy whole pieces of chicken (thigh or breast) and cut them yourself. The upper thigh is softer, while the breast is leaner! Enjoy whatever cut you prefer!
    • In all cases, it’s very important to ensure that the chicken is fully cooked through to the middle, especially if you plan to eat it with children who may not be able to tell the difference. In addition, avoid handling raw pieces of chicken with your fingers or utensils that may come in contact with cooked food. This reduces the risk of cross-contamination!
