Risotto forestier aux champignons déshydratés

Risotto is easier to prepare than you might think and is a delicious way to enjoy your time outdoors! This version has two steps: preparing the broth with water and dehydrated mushrooms in your Fondussimo pot, followed by cooking the risotto itself. Adding the hot broth little by little and stirring throughout the cooking process will give you the creamy texture you are looking for! Adding butter and cheese at the very end won’t spoil the fun!
